- 2-3 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total price of the reservation
- 1 day prior to arrival date: 80% of the total price of the reservation
- On the arrival date: 100% ofthe total price of the reservation

ONSEN (HOT SPRING)	Metasilicic acid which is contained in two wells of the Niseko Grand Hotel in Kombu Onsenkyo, is said to be a natural moisturizing ingredient that promotes and rejuvenates skin metabolism and helps to regulate skin ceramides. Try applying it like lotion to your face or anywhere else you are concerned about dryness. Our outdoor bath is one of the largest mixed bathing large open-air baths in the Niseko area. Guests can enjoy bathing in the spacious open-air bath with your whole family, friends, and everyone else. For women, women’s open-air baths are also available. Guests may use the baths as many times as they like during stay. (On the day of departure, you can can enjoy bathing even after check-out, but additional fees are required to use towels and bathing wear after check-out.)
BATHING TAX	For Adults, please pay the Bathing Tax JPY150 per person per night at the hotel reception. *The Bathing Tax is stipulated in the Niseko Town Regulations of the Local Tax Law.
