*The list price includes tax. Local Spa Tax is NOT included.
*We will pay a 10% commision by pre-payment (except Local Spa Tax).
*If there is a revision of the consumption tax rate,
it will be changed to the amended tax rate.

■Meals■

Unfortunately we are unable to accept following requests.
・Gluten free meal
・Buddhist cuisine
・Meals for severe allergy holders
All we can do is removing VISIBLE relevant ingredients and it will not guarantee complete removal of the allergen, so we will leave final decision to the guest's judgment.

■Public hot spring■
There are 2 types of hot spring in the main building.
The outdoor bath is Sulfurous spring and the inside bath is Alkaline plain spring.
*Time schedule 1:00pm ~ 1:00am, 5:00am ~10:00am
(Time may change suddenly due to maintenance etc.)

■Notice■
* Please use the stairs as no elevator facilities (2-story building).
* No smoking on the premises.

●下記の食事対応はできかねますのでご了承ください。

・精進料理
・重度のアレルギー対応
アレルギーに関しては可能な範囲で対象の食材を除いてご用意いたします。
すべてのメニューを同一の厨房で調理するため製造過程でアレルギーの物質が混入する恐れがあります。
その為お客様に最終的な判断をお願いしております。

・食事は本棟・別邸それぞれのレストランでご用意いたします。
・お食事は2部制です。
・連泊の場合は、2日目に別のメニューをご用意いたします。
・すべてのメニューは、事前の通知なしに変更される場合があります。
・子供には子供用メニューが用意されます。

■大浴場■
本館にある大浴場は大涌谷温泉の露天風呂とアルカリ泉単純の内風呂の二種類の温泉をご用意。
・ご利用時間　13時～25時、5時～10時
（メンテナンス等により急に時間が変わる場合がございます）
