Premium plan is highlighted with the full-course dinner, using the choicest ingredients carefully selected by our chef. As a few examples of the specialty ingredients, seasonal specialty ingredients such as abalone, lobster and foie gras are used for your full satisfaction.

Dinner
Italian restaurant (La Stella Alpina)
○ Italian full-course dinner (Assorted anti-pasti, pasta, fish, meat and dessert)

Japanese restaurant (kagari-bi)
○ Okushiga Kaiseki (Appetizer, soup, sashimi(raw fish), grilled fish, boiled
tempura(Assorted deep fried fish and vegetables), dashi-boiled vegetables, vinegared food, rice and dessert)

Ｄinner for children (Restaurants, except Chinese restaurant, offer menus for children. Choose one of the menus below)
○ Italian dinner course (Soup, pasta, a selection of main dish from 3 kinds, salad, dessert with juice)
○ Japanese dinner course (Salad, fried chicken with fried potato, a plate of Chef’s special, rice ball and dessert)

In case, you eat dinner at our restaurants, please, make sure to book dinner time you wish at our reservation site.
(The dinner reservation times are every 30 minutes starting from 18:00 to 19:30 during the weekday and Sunday, and from 17:45 to 19:30 on Saturday and the day before national holiday)
Restaurant operation could be only at one of our 2 restaurants, Stella Alpina(Itarian) and　Kagaibi(Japanese and Chinese), depending on operational reasons during certain periods.

Rooms
Our hotel consists of 7 types of room, all (except the Japanese style room) of which have balconies spacious enough so that you can enjoy looking out over the Okushiga’s beautiful scenery.
Even our standard-twin room has a space of 42㎡, furnished with sofas which can be turned to beds, and making the room fit for family use, or for enjoyment with a group of your friends.
Also, one of the most well-liked features of our hotel is that the all rooms are equipped with a spacious walk-in closet that would allow you to store plenty of your traveling clothing
or skiing outfit.
Furthermore, all standard twin rooms and the top-floor twin rooms are equipped with double-sink which are very popular among our guests for stress-free staying with your accompanying members, especially on the busy morning.
