Reservations are accepted exactly 180 days prior to the date of stay.
Rooms will open up for sale online right after midnight in JST.
EX)  The reservations for Thursday, 1st January, 2026 starts on Saturday, 5th July, 2025.
       The reservations for Sunday, 1st February, 2026 starts on Tuesday, 5th August, 2025.
*Especially for Spring and Autumn, rooms tend to get booked immediately after the reservation window opens up within an hour.

【Notice of Maintenance Closure】
* All art facilities in Naoshima will be closed for maintenance from Tuesday, 13th January, 2026 to Monday, 19th January, 2026.
* Benesse House Park and Beach will be closed for maintenance from Monday, 5th January, 2026 to Friday, 27th February, 2026.

【Notes】
* We do not have a waiting list. Please check the reservations page, where the availability is reflected in real time.
* The guests staying in Benesse House Museum, Park, and Beach are NOT allowed to enter the Oval Wing.
* All rooms at Benesse House are non-smoking (smoking areas are located outside the buildings).
* If you wish to make reservations for more than 4 rooms, please contact: Benesse House Group Counter.
* Overnight guests at Benesse House can enter the Benesse House Museum, including Valley Gallery, and Hiroshi Sugimoto Gallery: Time Corridors free of charge.
* The following amenities are available during your stay;
   - Towels, Nightwear, Bathrobes, Slippers, Tooth brushes, Razors, Shampoo, Soap, Hair dryer, Minibar, Safe, and Bluetooth Speaker
   - (Available upon request) TV(JPY 1,000/stay), Humidifier, Iron, Basic skin care products (set of cleansing gel, face wash, lotion, and milky lotion)

【Child Classification】
Child A ： Age 6 - 12 (Counted as a bed user)
Child B ： Age 0 - 5 (Counted as a bed user)
Child C ： Age 0 - 5 (Bedshare)
* All Museum and Oval rooms, as well as the Beach Suite Double are available only for guests 6 years old and older.
   In case of bed-sharing, one child (age 0 - 5) per bed can be accommodated in Park rooms or the Beach Suite.
