* We do not have a waiting list. Please check the reservations page, where the availability is reflected in real time.
* The guests staying in Benesse House Museum, Park, and Beach are NOT allowed to enter the Oval Wing.

* All rooms at Benesse House are non-smoking (smoking areas are located outside the buildings).
* If you wish to make reservations for more than 4 rooms, please contact: Benesse House Group Counter.
* Overnight guests at Benesse House can enter the Benesse House Museum, including Valley Gallery, and Hiroshi Sugimoto Gallery: Time Corridors free of charge.
* The following amenities are available during your stay;
   - Towels, Nightwear, Bathrobes, Slippers, Toothbrushes, Razors, Shampoo, Soap, Hair dryer, Refrigerator, Safe, CD player
   - (Available upon request) Television, Humidifier, Iron, Compact discs

Child A Children age 6 - 12 (Counted as a bed user)
Child B Children age 0 - 5 (Counted as a bed user)
Child C Children age 0 - 5 (Bedshare)
* All Museum and Oval rooms, as well as the Beach Suite Double are available only for guests 6 years old and older.
   In case of bed-sharing, one child (age 0 - 5) per bed can be accommodated in Park rooms or the Beach Suite.
