If you choose "Reserve without sign in" you can't modify or cancel the reservation by yourself.
Bed sharing children under 6 years old can sleep in each room (Prime Apartment Western Style, Japanese Style) up to 1 person (Yotei Superior Room cannot sleep), and the lodge can accommodate up to 3 people. 
Minimum Stay
In winter season(December - March), Hotel, Apartment reservations are accepted from a minimum of 2 nights.
In summer season(April - November), Hotel, Apartment reservations are accepted from a minimum of 1 night.
In winter season(December - March), Lodge reservations are accepted from a minimum of 3 nights.
In summer season(April - November), Lodge reservations are accepted from a minimum of 2 nights.

Payment for winter season reservations(Deposit & Cancellation Policy)
・20% in the room charge is nonrefundable after booking has been made.
・The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation in the 42 days before arrival.
