Throughout the year, even in winter, insects try to enter the rooms to survive the cold and there is no season when insects do not appear.
Due to climate change in recent years, certain insects are occurring abnormally.
In order to ensure a comfortable stay, we make every effort to prevent insects from entering the facility, however guests’ kind understanding would be very much appreciated for a natural phenomenon.
